Oh no! Want to return your order? No problem! All items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange and need to be sent back within 14 days of receipt in a resellable condition - unwashed, unworn and in the same condition you received it with no makeup marks, fake tan, body lotion etc or any other signs of damage (except for the purposes of trying on) and with the original tags attached.
To arrange a refund or exchange please e-mail email@example.com for the returns address and include whether you require a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please return all items in the original packaging. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Find It Style It. Please note we do not cover return postage.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of items being received. Exchanges are subject to availability of stock. Exchanges can only be offered for items that are the same in either a different size or colour. We do not offer exchanges for different items. Refunds will be received within 7-10 working days from being processed depending on the method of original payment.
We’re happy to exchange an item for a different colour or size ONLY. Please follow the process above, indicating that you would like an exchange for a new size/colour.
Please also indicate the colour/size you would like to receive in exchange for the item you are returning.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a refund will be issued.
Exchanges can be made to UK orders ONLY.
International Orders are Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable.
Sale Items are Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable.
The following items are not eligible for return: earrings, swimwear, underwear and perishable items such as make-up, nail polish etc.
We only offer promotional free returns to UK customers.
Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur. If you believe an item to be faulty (or is not the item you have ordered), please contact us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise on what to do next. We are not able in any circumstances to refund return postage costs if you have not contacted us in advance.
